If you upgrade to Otsimo Premium, payment will be charged to your App Store account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or subscription is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, and the cost of the renewal will be provided.
Subscriptions can only be managed by the user. Auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user’s Subscription Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

Plus it can be glitchy at times. A bug update was added Nov 3 and today is Nov 16. I'm happy to pay for working subscriptions, especially for learning tools for my son. Please advise if it is worth refunding me until a better working version is avaible.

I reached out the same day for assistance and got an unhelpful chat bot response. There is no value for my child in this paid app. I attempted to cancel in the Google Play store, and the cancelation is for next year. There is no option for a refund.

performance_and_bugsmonetizationscammed, absolutely devastated, I've been charged for an entire year subscription yet ,right after the money taken the app won't even turn on , keeps crashing.. I tried contacting support like they advised just for them to say it's too late for a refund as they have a 2 day policy . hope they get taken off the market and charged for scamming . the moment you write to them the stall just to then tell you then can't do anything about it. Money gets taken out, without authorization or trial perio
