The Paysign app csl uses keeps crashing before the login page. You can't transfer funds to a bank account. The fees were supposed to be less, but a nickel and dime fee setup is ridiculous. Also, it is not an auto payment of any amount to a balance. Unless you specify an amount, you are charged. As for the Hillsboro location.... the facility is dirty. Needs a good dusting and overall cleaning. There are some Excellent employees and some who aren't. Staffing issues cause late openings/early close

Very professional and very nice, caring people. I love the Staff there. The only thing recently that I have noticed, is the APP for my new phone and tablet is not compatible. I'd like for the IT Department at the Main Headquarters to fix this issue, because it's really an inconvenience, especially if you want to do the check-in process prior to arriving. Thank you!🥰

The app is pretty much worthless. It keeps having an ERROR when I try to redeem my iGive rewards points. So, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled the app to see if it would fix itself. Then I tried to log in, and it just sits there loading for over a minute, then it tells me, "ERROR, something went wrong, please try again later." How am I supposed to redeem my points and access my profile when you can't maintain your app. Honestly, it kills my motivation to even go donate.
