This service sucks since Fandango bought them out. I recently rented a movie and I never was able to view it. It does just a brief loading screen and then goes back to the watch button. So basically, they started just taking our money without the possibility for a refund, is that it? Besides that, the app constantly crashes out. With all the money I've spent on here, I expect a better service. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it with nothing different. I tried calling the tech support number and it just hangs up on me. Fandango totally destroyed Vudu.

Would give zero stars if possible. Everything was fine until a recently tried to login to my account and I discovered I was locked out across every device and could not even login on web. I've done literally everything to login to my account. Changed passwords twice. Uninstalled & reinstalled. Changed browsers. Changed devices. Nothing works. I've also tried contacting support and no one there will help. I've tried escalating via email to support. Zero responses.

Fandango, fix your app. This is ridiculous. The app will be open on my tablet, I pause to go do something, come back 20 minutes later logged out and my place was lost. This is unacceptable. Vudu never had these issues. And I shouldn't have to login every time I use the app. In fact, most apps like it let you stay logged in indefinitely or every few months at minimum. Seriously, fix yourself.
