I’ve been playing this game for a few months, and it’s become my favorite phone game! It’s good for sharpening your mind’s focus before starting tasks where concentration is needed, or waking up your brain when you’re in a slump. This game is better than the other hole games that I’ve tried, because it has an option to compete against other players fir 5 or 10 rounds (winning prizes), and there’s an added feature where making progress in the game allows you to add pieces to build cute little “Polly Pocket” type buildings. The graphics are very good, with lots of interesting details. There are features which enable you to earn extra points or aids to the game (like temporarily making the hole bigger, a compass to show you where to find something, or freeze the clock for a short time, etc.). Those things can be earned by playing the game, not just through buying them. I have communicated with support three times, and THEY RESPOND QUICKLY, AND VERY HELPFULLY!!!

I like the game, but…the support leaves a lot to be desired. It takes forever for them to contact you back. There are two separate scores. The scores that the team looks at haven’t changed since the last update. The game needs to have something where we can play as a team…team challenges, something. You did make it so that we can see if someone is requesting lives or chatting, and that is awesome. Please fix the issue with the scores

It’s a really fun game. The random ad that pops up doesn’t even bother me. What bothers me is when you get to level 477, they give you one minute and five seconds to clear the board which is impossible without having coins to continue and numerous power ups. You are basically forced to spend money at that point. (And I have bought booster packs for this game leading up to this point.) So, I decided what the heck, I bought a booster pack and somehow passed that level. Now I’m up to level 527 and the same thing has happened again. Only 55 seconds to clear the board with most of the items being large items. It is absolutely impossible to do this without boosters or continues, and if you don’t have the coins or boosters, you have to buy them. At this point, I have given up. I will not spend any more money on this game. I like challenges, but these two levels alone are impossible. And that is not hyperbole. There is literally not enough time to complete those levels regardless of your skill level. It’s a shame because the game is fun. But now I’m done with it.
