By the time you pay the increased prices & all the fees (not including any tip) you are paying at least twice as much than in store prices. I have tried to take advantage of a few promotion discounts but then they revoke them just as soon as it shows in my account. It still shows in my account but they will not work. Customer service says they have been revoked. Yet, the app continues to send me reminders to use them... Useless app, and worse customer service. So many better options out there.

In the past year or two, the quality of drivers has absolutely tanked. 4 out of 5 drivers exhibit one or more of these qualities: can't read, can't communicate, can't follow instructions, attempting to pull some scam, running multiple delivery apps at the same time, refusing to actually come to the dropoff spot marked on the map, etc. This app was king back in the pandemic but it's been enshitified like everything else on the Internet.

They were great before but started service fees, so watch out. They put free delivery for members, but they charge extra service fees. Click on the little i it tells you what the service fee is for and it includes delivery. I just paid a whole lot of money for a dinner for two. It was cold and incomplete. Because I could not produce photos of the missing items i only got partial refund. And then they ended the chat. I pay for membership. I will dispute the charge with my bank.
