EDIT: THEY FINALLY PUT IT BACK TO NOT HAVING TO USE THE DANG CODE EVERY SINGLE TIME.... HALLELUJAH!!!!! They just updated the app and took away the 4 digit code user option. Now, every time I want to use the app to start my car or lock/unlock it, I am forced to use the 11 digit password they make you create every single time. Hopefully, they will switch it back, or I'm canceling the subscription. They've made it not worth it by removing the convenience of ease.

I really wish the app allowed you to add services that AREN'T on their intervals. We changed the oil at ~500 miles and it is as if the app doesn't want us to track it. I can only put it as the 6000 mile service, and then only have options to add the next oil change I do as the 12000 mile service. it makes no sense. besides that, it looks basic and navigating the app is far from intuitive. Ford has a better app, and their fordpass features are free. Their cars are junk though.

As with the rest of Subrau's technology packages they put in their cars, its slow, buggy, and always fails me when i really need it. i mean it works so it gets 2 stars (starts the car, lets me control the temp, and lets me find the car) but i feel like i cant rely on it when i need to use it urgently. I always need to shut it down and restart it because it will time out of my log in and error out when i try to log in again and fails to start my car half of the time. Can go on but dont have space
