advertisementscustomer_supportperformance_and_bugsThis game has gotten very annoying lately because I can't close out the ads! I wait a very long time for an x to close, but it never appears. My only option seems to be to click on the link that takes me to the app store to purchase the game being advertised, which I DO NOT want to do! Grrrrr..... Update: This problem is NOT fixed. When I emailed them, they just gave me a complicated work-around. Deleting the game! Not worth the trouble.

I have a subscription for No Ads for $6.99. When I first subscribed it worked great. Then it stopped working. I unsubscribed and then resubscribed. It worked great for 10 minutes. Now I have ads again. Could someone please address this?

I'm not sure if it's a bug or something was updated, but the size of the board cuts off my letters so I can't see what to play. Sent an email to support and hope they can fix it. Edit: Reducing from 2 to 1 star because I was told to update the app but there are no updates available. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue persists. Dev wants me to change my rating but it will stay at 1 star until the issue is fixed.
