servicecustomer_supportI've been playing for years!! Great gameplay, fun prizes, good graphics. edit: I am unable to access special events.I contacted tech support and never got a response. Still fun to play, just a bummer I don't get the chance to win extra coins. Another edit: Problems were fixed but are back again. Tech support is difficult to get ahold of.

updates_and_maintenancemonetizationfeature_requestsI spent years earning coins, saving up millions so I wouldn't spend actual money on micro transactions. their most recent update negated all of that and I lost everything in one match because of the inability to choose the parameters of the game I wanted and their new multiplier mechanics. Now everything is behind a pay wall. Needless to say, I've logged out and uninstalled for good.

feature_requestsperformance_and_bugsI was really excited for this game and it was going great. Until this one little pop-up during gameplay that asks if you want to try the auto shuffle. So you don't have to shuffle cards between turns. You cannot x out of it. So many times I have not been able to grab the card I need or even draw a card because It's stuck right there. I have lost matches because of it. when you fix that problem I'll give 5. for now I'm Uninstalling. sad.
