So my daughter and I walked in to your establishment at 3:18 Aug 13th, and two young ladies greet us with big amazing smiles. The customer service here is so amazing. I want to use this app, but I can’t use it. None of the Hawaii locations are in it despite having several on Oahu. I know that other Mainland people have been complaining about similar issues and it’s even more egregious for me because I need to get on a long plane ride to use the app. Is this a feature or a bug, because some apps like the Burger King and Popeyes app only caters to the Mainland and leaves Alaska and Hawaii out to dry and I want to know whether I should delete the app or not. Please respond back ASAP. I will change the review if it’s fixed.

It would have been nice to have gotten the order that I wanted from the sign that at the wall kiosk but I was informed that sign is three years old so I ordered something different and when I went to taste it, it wasn’t what I ordered so I had to wait for them to remake the drink Which afterwards did not taste exactly the way I expected it to
