logincustomer_supportupdates_and_maintenancecomparative_feedback7/25 - Cannot login. Everything is correct as I saved it for sign in but it just won't let me in. So I get to pay for it AND not use it. 10/25 -Cannot login. No response from last 1 star review. Hallmark Plus is so much worse than the old app. England makes everything worse when they acquire whatever it is (Hallmark). Sometimes it half loads so you cannot get to the search bar. Whoever created this is like 10.

performance_and_bugsFrustrating app. To finish watching a movie takes forever because, the movie stops and a technical difficulties message appear. Have to close the app and open it several times for it to work again and be able to finish a movie. Another annoying problem, once I finish watching the movie or even a trailer the screen goes blank and it starts loading forever. Again I have to close the app and re-open it again.

sound_and_musicperformance_and_bugsWhy are you the only movie app that has poor sound on your movies. You can't hear any words being said without straining. The words being said are so low. It's not my ears or my device. Because I can hear perfectly on my device with every other movie app and even on YouTube. What is the point of having this app if you can't watch any movies cuz you can't hear them. So disappointing. But no surprise either. 😕
