performance_and_bugsuser_data_and_privacycustomer_supportThis game has been fun. But today, I went to play and the game reverted back to the very beginning when I first started. No buildings I added, no territories that I achieved. Just one islander and nothing else. When try clicking on the bushes or trees, they light up but nothing else happens. Not sure what is going on with the game. Please fix this.

customer_supportuser_data_and_privacyperformance_and_bugsOn Sept. 30th, 2025, I reached out to Support because when I opened my game, ALL of my progress, etc was GONE. 😭😭😭😭😭 I have put ALOT of Time and actually spent money too, (something I normally try to avoid) But I had made it beyond level 35, made Top Photographer ( only 1.0% have earned it), I had 54/67 of the Achievements, etc etc etc. Support was working with me on it for awhile. Then, I guess work must have closed for the day or something because all of the sudden I got no more response

designupdates_and_maintenancemonetizationI've been playing this game off and on for a few years now, I always end up coming back to it! I love the cute graphics and how the developers have added so much to it without changing it. I consider it a great relaxation game after a day at work, also helps me pass the time when I'm on the bus or on break. Leveling up is easy and everything you need to advance is earned in game at a reasonable pace, wait times can be shortened considerably with videos so no need for real money to hurry things!
