designcross_platform_consistencyserviceThere's an issue with the aspect ratio in the app so that the bottom is covered by the phone navigation bar for the home, back, and recent buttons. The result is when I attempt to order food, I literally cannot physically press the 'bag' (what others call the cart) option to finish my order. Basically the app is completely useless for ordering food, which was my entire reason for downloading it.

customer_supportpaymentdesignthey use a predatory debt collector for qtpay called CHECKredi. It only charged me one of the 2 qtpay. They then send the app frozen until the missing amount is paid. no options to pay in the app. no chat support or anything in the app. Then get email to pay it and added a $30 fee, which is more than the gas I bought. Y'all screw up and then try to charge fees? goodbye to app . uninstalled

integration_with_other_servicesperformance_and_bugserror_handling_and_messagesInitially, the app worked great until I needed to change my checking account. it would not let me add it the fast way by signing in to your bank. I kept getting that that part of the system wasn't available & to try again. I ultimately had to manually add the new account, but now, it says I have successfully added my bank account. Then, continue to add checking acct to the wallet. The red circle starts and goes for a min or two, then tells me it failed and to try again. Plz fix!
