They dropped off the face of the Earth. I made an order from the app. I received 1 item. the other 2 took weeks before they shipped. I got a shipping email that tracked until 10 days ago. Now the email no longer works and the Support email says it doesn't exist. I try to go to the app and for a week has stated "network error." Their website doesn't work either.

BEWARE!! Return process is NOT easy, it is a multi-step process including mandatory uploading of photos of the items you want to return, on top of having to pay for return shipping as well!!! DO NOT but in bulk thinking you can easily return what you don't like/doesn't fit. Gave 2 stars because what does fit, I like a lot. It's comfy as hell. But it's just expensive polyester. And I feel like I'm being punished for returning things I wanted to try on.

I just had to return a whole order. I ordered a few dresses. Two of them were huge. One of the dresses fit nicely, but the material was like a bathing suit. strange. The other one which they are famous for....I liked but their website didn't offer an exchange option. I tried to return everything, So they make you add photos of each peice and it also says for a full return you have to return the free gifts...no problem but the website doesn't let you return these two "gifts" I'll add a photo.
