I’ve had this app for years. Whenever I travel it goes there too! My location list tracks the weather in Ireland, Scotland, the next town down the road. It’s improved my geographical knowledge no end! It’s easy to use and is rarely inaccurate, but that’s more to do with that 15% of rain actually fooling us all! I hang out my laundry to dry, so it’s an essential resource for tracking “good drying” days. I recommend this app for the sheer sense of connectedness it’ll bring you to the rest of our planet, because we all have the weather to keep an eye on!

I recommend this app to anyone I meet. I’ve lived all over the U.S. and this app has been to most accurate out of any other app I’ve used. However, whoever is in charge of the Cleveland Ohio area needs to be replaced. Any times there’s snow I only get “less than 1 inch” or “__% chance of snow”. Well, the “less and 1 inch” we were supposed to get yesterday turned out to actually be 10-12 inch. Now, I know meteorologists can be wrong all the time, except our local channels have been predicting the weather pretty accurately. The channel I’ve been checking in with said this storm was supposed to be 6-8 inches. Still less than we got, but 6-8 inches is something to prepare for unlike less than 1 inch. Unfortunately I’ll be looking for a new app to trust with my weather predicting needs while I’m here in Ohio.

I love knowing the changing forecast. I look at the live view and can see any pop up showers. The notifications telling me how far away lightening is striking is very helpful also. I know a storm is approaching. Also the notifications saying rain will begin in my area in “x” minutes is pretty accurate. It gives me time to close windows etc I highly recommend this app. Also it’s great while we’re traveling since it tracks and I can see exactly what weather we’re heading into.
