Used to be great. Now it doesn't work anymore. Just says technical difficulties. Can't order, can't use offers, can't redeem rewards points. Rewards aren't even listed other than $15 website merchandise credit. it's completely unusable. update: now it works. But it logs you out every time you close it so you have to type in your name an password every single time. And don't mistype anything or it will lock you account if you do that a couple of times.

Another terrible food app. Do not bother. I filled all of the necessary requirements to redeem an offer. The app did not deduct the price from the item at checkout when I was at the final screen. One of the biggest benefits of using an app is the ability to order ahead. If I need to go to the restaurant in order to redeem the offer, it defeats the purpose. I am going somewhere else because I refuse to purchase from a company and app that does not honor offers and discounts.

Tried to log into a kiosk with the app to place an order. The app would not credit me for my purchases so I manually entered them using my receipts. Even after two weeks of waiting I never was credited for my purchases. Kinda hard to give people a incentive to use the app if you don't credit them when a purchase is made. Y'all should contact McDonald's and get in touch with their devs to maybe help you guys out. Their app runs flawless.
