formatted terribly. All of the UI is way too big so you can't even see everything. A lot of the text and icons overlap because of it and other features can't even be seen because it's cut off. I had to go to the website in order to add another one of my children to my account because selecting the option to add a student within the app didn't give me any way to actually add my child. and the app is painfully slow too. this app needs a major overhaul in order for it to be effective.

The worst pay for lunches app ever. The option to pay by e-check is there but when I go to pay a balance or add money, it says the payment method isn't allowed. They do that so you pay their 4 dollar service fee just to add money. The look is very dated and boring. The max amount of 120 is ridiculous. I should be able to pay a whole year and not have to do it in batches where I keep getting hit with the service fee. Shame shame!

Super Helpful and User friendly! [JK]. I have my password memorized but says it's invalid. I request a code, I enter the code but somehow the code I was provided is also invalid. I triple checked it - there was no typo or error in my entry. Every single time I want to log in I experience this. Once you are in the app it's fine but there are some serious issues to be worked out.
