the one show I downloaded this app for is garbage. I want to cancel my subscription, but they've made it infuriatingly hard. there's no email. there's no app, even though they say there is. I can't log in. I've been trying for an hour and am stuck in a revolving process of logging in, authenticating every detail of my whole life, and then being asked to log in again any time I try to actually access something. apparently, they'd rather I call them and scream at them so they stop taking my money.

All of a sudden I can't stream the show I want to watch. It's still available in the catalog. I have completely reset the app, removing all data and logging back in, only to face the same “Can't load video/check your internet connection” error dialog. I was able to log into my account and even watch the episode recap, so I'm clearly connected, but the actual episode won't load. I even tried deleting the app and reinstalling it on Chromecast and no dice. I'm trying to watch Episode 8 of Hello Tomorrow! if that helps. Hope there's a fix in the near future. I'm not going to buy an Apple TV and I would rather not have to watch a show on a relatively small laptop or iPad screen.

It is horrible for non-Apple devices. I have a MacBook Pro that I use for taking zoom call, checking emails, and light work. I often don't have it on me and leave it at work. To log into the app, you need physical access to an apple device for 2FA; it won't even let you use a trusted phone number. They are pushing you to buy an apple smartphone and paying a monthly fee isn't enough.
