Version 7.4.1
designfeature_requestsperformance_and_bugsLke many such apps the UI is a poorly laid out and needlessly cumbersome. The designers should have run this by their grandparents first. I am forced to log back in every time I switch to another app and back. I cannot enter or import my own medications, test results, or immunizations. Many items in "health records" cannot be sorted by date. I can see how a medical practice would be duped by this but it's an unfortunate mistake for their patients.

Version 7.4.1
logincustomer_supportperformance_and_bugsEvery time I select my provider to send the message, the app jumps to acting like I'm trying to login to the app from scratch, booting me back to the first screen I see when I first launch the app. It's an endless loop, and renders the app totally useless. I went back and forth with tech support for more than a week, and after I lost a little steam and wasn't engaged for a couple days, they closed the ticket and stopped responding. None of their suggestions helped. (Pixel 6a)

Version 7.4.1
designcomparative_feedbackserviceHealow's navigation is confusing, and it is not readily apparent how to achieve what one desires. Competitive apps are more self explanatory. Also, Healow does not always put the most important information first. An example is when viewing the results of an appointment, Healow takes you scrolling through the patient's medical records first before getting to the complaint and findings. Please break these long screens up to make the good stuff quicker and easier to find.
