This used to be a fun app in which you could collect points to get a simple gift card. Now it's going dystopian on me and the algorithm is not allowing me to redeem my points and yes I have plenty of points to use. 3 times I contact customer support and nothing resolved. I try again and now they won't even let me submit my issue. They definitely have major glitch issues in their news articles as well. Somebody at Microsoft if you see this...do something instead of sipping on Starbucks all day.

As mentioned by other reviewers the links aren't going to the correct story. BUT very frustrating that the rewards aren't working for over a week I haven't been able to do daily checkins. I open the app and it shows up for a second then disappears and can't get help from app support. This is even after app updates. Please fix the app!!

When you choose to watch any videos that are offered in the stream, you're not gonna get the ones that you choose. MSN will give you everyone, but the one that you wanted. There's nothing that I have found that cures the this problem. Another problem is the sighing in problem, you have to sign in repeatedly!!! This app doesn't deserve a signal one for a rating.
