However, recently an order I placed was seized by the USPS for using counterfeit postage (???). I contacted customer service (seemed like an AI chatbot tbh) and was issued a partial refund. I'll hesitate before ordering anything not marked as Flash Shipping.

monetizationAdmittedly, the sizing exceeds expectations. they definitely don't run small so you feel very comfortable with what you're ordering knowing that it will fit. however, the clothing is pricey. for example, two pieces with everything said and done ran me $79. In addition to the pricing, it takes a good 2 to 3 weeks for your clothing to come in But the clothes are true to size And true to the photos. what you see is what you get.

servicecustomer_supportVery disappointed with this brand. I ordered several times, one of those the whole order got delayed for a few pre-ordered items. I gave this brand another opportunity and they did worse: took a long time to arrive even if no "pre-ordered" and they sent an incorrect size, covering the sticker of the bag with one stating my size in order to be able to send the wrong size. This brand is not serious not trustworthy. Never buying again.
