Unfortunately, you can’t do anything with the app. Most times, when you try and click on something from the menu at the top. It will send you to a page, that tells you to download the app. Then it just starts glitching or freezing when you make a specific selection for info or records and simply doesn’t work. So you can’t get anything accomplished with the app I would be way too scared to try and put in any personal payment information with the app being so Unreliable. Hard to say what would happen with that personal information. It would most likely be leaked, or easily hacked. Great idea, just bad execution and no real follow-through.

The fees for adding money to the accounts are ridiculous and the frustration over that is only compounded by the inability to transfer money from one child’s account to another. When it is the last day of school and one child has $10 and the other just went into a negative balance by a couple dollars, the user should be able to take a few dollars from the account of the one child to cover the negative balance of the other child instead of paying a fee that will probably be more than the amount owed to make it a zero balance. I want to give the app one star but the ease/convenience of adding money to the account brings it up to two stars.

I’m an IT professional that has a child that attends Highschool and we have to use this app to pay for my son’s lunch. Parents need to see how much money is left on their child’s account. This app doesn’t show this. Knowing the balance of a financial account should be the most critical feature. This app lacks that feature. And since a parent puts feeding their children and taking care of their children’s fees a high priority, that feature is necessary. This app doesn’t have that critical feature. So it forces me to go to a computer to look at the balance. Fix this feature and you will have more stars for sure. Until then, it’s useless.
