performance_and_bugsNice theory, but the information is unreliable. Most orders the app had any info on have had the wrong estimated delivery date and/or never show as delivered in the app even weeks after I have received the package. IF the information were correct, this might be a useful app because I can get tracking numbers from several sellers in one place. But currently I still have to use those tracking number links to look up the correct info on FedEx, UPS, etc.

performance_and_bugsserviceI had to change my rating. The app was always flawed, but it was good at keeping my deliveries in one place. I'm disabled, so I get a lot of deliveries, and the app was good at tracking them, so I didn't have to monitor individual shipping companies. Occasionally, I'd have to edit something, but now it's completely useless. I have 10 packages coming this week, and the app isn't tracking half of them, and the other half are duplicated multiple times.

feature_requestscustomer_supportThe fact that the company, for more than two years now, can't just put in "If it's McDonald's, don't track" It's kind of sad at this rate. For those don't understand what I mean, this app will auto add things to your tracking, but it adds things that aren't shipped way too often. No matter how often you choose to ignore these things or report them or anything there is no progress made. What does that mean? It means they're not listening to their own report system.
