performance_and_bugserror_handling_and_messagesThe app works well for the most part, but why is it that every Saturday night at midnight it shows my shift complete? Rarely on a Saturday night after midnight I’m able to use the app. Then I have to finish the shift using the actual website. I’ve used this app for years and with my previous company (all night shifts) & it didn’t do this. When using the website, occasionally it doesn’t want to let me complete tasks when I mark not complete. There have been several times I type in the reason the task wasn’t complete but it doesn’t seem to work so I end up typing it over and over before it will finally work. Then I look like an idiot to my company because I’ve had to type it in so many times and by the time it finally accepts it all the times I tried show up all at once! For the long months with 31 days wow talk about glitches it doesn’t take me to my open shift, the calendar gets completely screwed up and I have to keep trying to go back to find my open shift which usually lands me to the previous month…takes a bit of work on those nights to get to my open shift! I have to carefully scroll to get to the current date and if you go too quickly you end up back in a previous month! Hope these things can be fixed, then I’d give it 5 stars!

feature_requestsloginCan someone please change the way the task list is presented? If I have 23 tasks, they should all be listed and then at the end yes or no. If yes, end of clocking out. If no, then you can comment on whichever tasks you did not do. This thing where I have to click on every task individually EVERY DAY is annoying and time-consuming. Can someone please change this? P.S. most people are saying yes to everything and not even looking at what these tasks say after the first week of doing it. PLEASE CHANGE THIS! Also please make it so I can see the password when putting it in so I don’t have to go back and change the whole thing if one letter or number is wrong. This app is really antiquated and not up to par at all. You should also be able to STAY logged in. If I’m not logging out then I shouldn’t have to keep logging back in daily. The user name and pw should be able to stay there until further notice. Again, another time- consuming unnecessary step that makes everything that much more annoying. Oh and the part where the stupid thing keeps saying you’re “out of range” when your right there in the persons HOUSE! There are so many more things wrong with this app but since I know for a fact that no one reads these then what’s the point of listing them on here? I’m making it my mission to find a way to contact someone who is in charge of this app. Because this thing is probably one of the worst apps I have ever had to deal with. Changes need to be made!

performance_and_bugsfeature_requestsWhen working an overnight the calendar automatically goes to the next day not the shift in progress and sometimes it goes to the last month. Can’t edit one’s comments so typos can’t be fixed. For example: If I forget to put in that i gave them a cough lozenge I can’t go back and put it in at the correct time. Also, Why do we have to hit the button “make available for next caregiver “? They should always be available. The next caregiver needs to know and often there is an hour or more between caregivers so no verbal reports are possible. The button stays on when the app is open but if it closes because one has gone to another app or time has past and one has to log back in, the button is no longer on to make comments available. It often won’t let me clock out if I haven’t been using it for awhile and i have to close it and log back in. Frustrating when i a few minutes to leave. Today I hit all the tasks marked 1/2 hour before my shift was over and it sent me to clock out and it stopped allowing me to make comments. I no longer could comment on her drinking water. Must be a bug as I try and get into the calendar and it doesn’t open. Can only see the date today and future and then only by scrolling and it doesn’t want me to see far into the future. Why can’t i see my past work days?
