paymentcustomer_supportserviceI placed some big orders. I wanted to surprise some friends and give them as gifts. PopMart took my money and no answers as to why no orders show up in my account. Chat is useless. I have emailed “support” twice regarding tracking numbers that show: “these belong to someone else”. So tracking numbers are useless as well. A few things were delivered (and not the larger more expensive orders !) but again those orders do not show up in my acct either…with all the money this company makes it could be helping their customers SO much better. Not sure what I am supposed to do next. I guess call my credit card company to dispute and get my money back ? How many other people has this company done this to ? I am not giving up until I either I get ALL of my money back from pop-mart for my orders I never received AND the orders I did get reinstated onto my account… cuz it equals “rewards” right ? OR preferably a human response to my inquiries as to what is going on and where my items ordered are (with correct tracking numbers). I buy stuff online all the time from multiple retailers and sites. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH SHODDY, UNHELPFUL, NON TRANSPARENT BUSINESS PRACTICES. The owner of pop-mart should be ashamed.

performance_and_bugsfeature_requestspaymentThe app needs to be worked on epically when you have a high-demand collect item I have wanted a Labubu for a while now. Waiting for boxes to become available is fine but when the timer is at a minute and then resets to 5 minutes what’s the point of trying to get one when the timer doesn’t fully reset is just false hope. And then you have people pretending to check out to get more time, which is ridiculous. That problem should be fixed so you don’t have people holding the boxes up and the URL needs to be fixed when you have a first-time customer trying to get one they will have to do all this research to see how to do the URL but is not a guaranteed if you get one. I get restricted for pressing the button too much which is sad I have been to many websites that have had high-demand collect items I have never been restricted plus every collector knows you refresh your page constantly and try to click as fast as you can. If you want my opinion I would have people make an account and they should at least have the account for a month it will detour bots. You should give people an extra two minutes to check out no collection takes 15 minutes we all have our card info in there to check a under a minute. This will help you sell boxes at a steady rate and it will keep things moving so things aren't at a standstill. But this is my opinion take it how you want to.
