designservicefeature_requestsThe service is great, but the app is terrible. There is no way to zoom in on the card to check for typos and the some text colors are poorly chosen. It takes three times as long to create when constantly having to take screen shots so I can actually read what I am typing. When double checking the recipients on my guest list, it has light gray words on a white background. 🙄 Phone screens are too tiny to not offer zoom or design your app for readability.

social_and_communityupdates_and_maintenanceThe card never came, even 2 weeks after it was supposed to. Update: I indicated that the card never came on the app, which was a pretty painless process. You chat with an AI bot that automatically sends out your card order again, and it seems they resend it for free, not sure if that's true for every order though. My mom finally got the card, 3 and a half weeks after she was supposed to, but I appreciate how painless it was to report and reorder.
