they no longer take orders over the phone but you can't modify anything you're ordering so if you don't want cheese on something for example there's no option to remove that. also be advised the church 10% service fee to place it to go order plus a 10% tip then it gives you the option to leave an additional tip. at 20% on top of your order total plus no flexibility in what you're ordering you might as well just go sit down

The most annoying thing is that NOWHERE on the app does it let you add ANY kind of additional notes such as: how you'd like your bacon or other meats cooked, if you'd like some packs of ketchup or mayonnaise packs, or hell, just a way to actually speak with someone at the restaurant over the phone. The phone number is there but it just directs you to this lousy app again. it sucks because when I go to pick up my food, 4 out of 5 times I have to tell them to re-cook my "rubber" bacon again!

The app has major functional limitations. You can't order more than 4 of the same item per transaction, forcing multiple separate orders. Quantity selection is broken; identical items must be added individually. Customization options are severely limited. Menu prices are significantly inflated compared to in-store. Order readiness times are consistently inaccurate.
