I love the food, but using the to get it is frustrating. the reward system looks great, but it doesn't work. I try to redeem anything and it says its not meant for the items I have in the bag. even though its exactly what it says its supposed to be. I tried using the $10 rears today, and it would just keep erroring out while trying to pay. I closed the app and went back in and the reward is gone. It wasn't even used! points are gone, rewards gone. It makes me not to want to ever go back.

the app works fine ; what really is Amazing is the service matches the app. you order online you pick up and they are ready for you!!! I can't express how frustrating it can be when I use other places like McDonald's to place a mobile pick up order through drive though pick up only to be told to park and wait for your food. thank you for working as you should!

*edit* after years of working perfectly fine it suddenly logged me out and refused to let me log in saying my password was wrong. Even after resetting my password multiple times it still refuses to let me log in. *edit* Love the app, haven't had problems with it overall. I tried to redeem my points today, but was unable to do so. I've redeemed them before with no problem but for some reason it refused to work.
