App and website have quit functioning all together. Can't find stores nearby to order from so we can't do mobile orders. I'm lucky if I'm able to reload my card on the website and pull up the barcode on the app. the website won't show the barcode, the app won't let you reload. This is ridiculous. How can something that used to work so well suddenly go to trash and STAY that way for so many months? I don't even know what my balance is half the time because that hasn't updated in 7 months.

There's no way to add points if the barista gets chatty and you have ADHD and forget. I spent forever chatting with an associate who essentially told me that this was a courtesy and that I need to remember to scan my app. I have so many food apps and this is the ONLY one that doesn't allow you to add points using your receipt if you forget to scan. All of my other food apps have the option to upload a receipt. I will be using my points and then going to beans and brews from now on.

Still buggy, won't let me mobile order, can't find any stores!? Why does the app not have a basic menu that is accessible without a store location? I cannot read the LIMITED menu behind the counter. Always stops working when reloading or checking history. Now it won't even reload with debit or PayPal, keeps showing card declined when actual debit card works fine. Bank advised the issue is with Starbucks
